Stellar Services, LLC provides “Hands-On” training for your staff at no cost to you. We spend 3 to 4 days at the installation and will come back to do additional training at your request. Then in 3-4 weeks we come back and help balance the first checkbook statement from the bank. Within the software, is a Training version for any member of the staff to use at anytime. This allows problems to be solved or training of a new officer to take place without using live data. Also within the software, is a complete Help section with illustrations to assist the user in solving a problem. Printed “How to Manuals” will be provided at the installation. These manuals include instructions and screen shots of all basic procedures, contract information with follow up phone numbers, and email addresses for our Customer Services Management staff.

Support for our inmate banking system is available 24/7, 365 days a year.
