How to Set Up or Add Funds to Your Account

To set up an account, click here.
  • Enter your email address and password of you are an existing user
  • Click New User to set up an account

To add funds to your account, click here.
  • Select the appropriate State were the inmate is house
  • Select the appropriate first letter of the County where the inmate is housed
  • Select the County where the inmate housed
  • Select the first letter of inmate's last name
  • Select the inmate's name
  • Select where to add/deposit the funds
  • Select the amount to add/deposit
  • Enter the payment information requested
  • Select 'Process Payment'

General Information:

Phone cards / phone time can only be purchased at the correctional facility by the inmate. In most cases it can be purchased through the inmate commissary.

Prepaid Accounts can be set up online at www.ncic.com or by live operator at 888-686-3699. Inmates can also purchase phone cards or phone time through Commissary at most all of our facilities.

To block calls to your number, contact one of our customer services representatives at 888-686-3699 and request us to block calls to your number or email us at info@ncic.com.

Inmate Family and Friends Telephone Service Information

Upon answering a call from the correctional facility you will hear an automated operator voice. Listen carefully to the operator's instructions.

You will have the option to:
  • Press 1 to accept the call
  • Hang up to deny the call
  • To block any future calls from this correctional faciity press 3 for customer service, visit account.ncic.com or call 1-800-943-2189.

If you press 1 to accept the call you will be prompted to set-up a Secure Collect Account or choose to bill the collect call to your home telephone number (if permitted).
