How to make or schedule a video call to an inmate:

Go to jailatm.com 

You will be required to make an account in order to make a call to an inmate. Once you have created an account, sign in.

1. Select Video Call button
   
2. Select the appropriate state and facility
   
3. Enter at least 3 characters of the resident’s last name or their ID
   
4. Select the resident's name
   
5. Select Now or Later

1. Click Sign In At The Top Right Corner
   
2. Enter Your Email Address (Please be sure to enter your complete email address. IE: johndoe123@emaildomain.com) 
   
3. Fill Out All Information On The Personal Details Form
   
4. Click Save
   
5. Create A Password
   
6. Check Your Email, There Will Be An Activation Link. Click On It Or Copy The Link And Paste Into Your Browser
   
   1. We recommend using a gmail account for easiest access to jailatm.com. If you experience problems setting up an account with another kind of email account (comcast,cox, xfinity, centurylink, windstream, etc.), set up a free gmail email account to use. You can do that here: https://accounts.google.com/signup
