Stellar Teller

A single Stellar Teller cashier kiosk in the lobby of your jail can virtually eliminate the time consuming task of receiving inmate deposits. Our Stellar Teller is a floor model kiosk that is fully integrated with the Lockdown™ software. Friends and family of an inmate can deposit funds into the inmate’s account by using either cash or credit/debit card. These funds are available to the inmate immediately or near real time.

Stellar Services, LLC teller kiosks has a built-in camera, which requires the person depositing money into inmate accounts, to have their picture taken before the deposit is accepted. This has been a great tool to prevent fraudulent activity or other suspicious activity regarding inmate deposit services. Another advantage is that Stellar Services, LLC only uses encrypted credit card swipes in our kiosks and we are 100% PCI Compliant.

We manufacture the Stellar Teller ourselves, using the best parts available.  Our current down time on our Stellar Teller product is less than 0.0001%. If something does go down or a problem is reported, we don’t have to wait for a third party to come and fix the unit. We built it and we know how to fix it. Our average wait time for a service call is less than 24 hours and many calls are solved in under 8 hours.
